Recruitment Process

The main principle of the recruitment process is to provide opportunities and progress to those who possess the competencies required by the business and who can maintain their corporate values. Regarding this policy, we choose to recruit to those who succesfull of human relations, prone to teamwork, self-confident, dynamic and creative candidates.

 

Orientation

As a company, we provide orientation services for those who new recruits regarding their positions. These services have differentiated both infields and at the desk regarding the position, so the employee will adapt to the position and the family in a very short time.

 

Internship

With internship policy, we aim to benefit from the qualified labor force in the short term and aim to evaluate and guide students who may be potential employees in the long term. We accept application letters for the Summer internship program in April of every year. Applicants get their positive/negative replies about their applications after evaluated in May. For Winter internship Programme, application letters are accepted only from Trade High Schools between June 1st and September 30th by filling the application form. Applicants get their positive/negative replies about their applications after evaluated in the same season.
